Sami and Zubair Ahmad started Claimark in 2019 after watching a family friend's counselling practice lose four months of income to claims nobody followed up on.
Today four of us work from Hunza in northern Pakistan, and every practice we take on is assigned to a named person — not a queue, not a portal, not a ticket number.
